The Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee was established to assist the Board of Commissioners to comprehensively review the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) policies, in particular those concerning business ethics, confidentiality and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), established by the Board of Directors and to assess the consistency of their implementation.
